E' l'incredibile storia di Viktor (Al Pacino) che crea con l'ausilio del computer la donna più bella del mondo, SIMONE, la quale diventerà in breve tempo una vera e propria star. Passata l'euforia, Viktor si rende presto conto che la messa in scena rischia di mettere in pericolo il suo matrimonio e la sua sanità mentale e decide di sbarazzarsi della sua creatura... Ma eliminarla non sarà così semplice...
