David Wheeler (nato il 20 marzo 1963), meglio conosciuto come David Thewlis, è un attore e regista inglese. È conosciuto come attore caratterista ed è apparso in un'ampia varietà di generi sia al cinema che in televisione. Ha ricevuto il Festival di Cannes come miglior attore e le nomination per due BAFTA Awards, Golden Globe Award, Primetime Emmy Award e Screen Actors Guild Award.
