Mark Sinclair (nato il 18 luglio 1967), conosciuto professionalmente come Vin Diesel, è un attore e produttore americano. Uno degli attori di maggior incasso al mondo, è famoso per aver interpretato Dominic Toretto nella serie Fast & Furious. Diesel ha iniziato la sua carriera nel 1990, ma ha avuto difficoltà a ottenere riconoscimenti fino a quando non ha scritto, diretto e interpretato il cortometraggio Multi-Facial (1995) e il suo primo lungometraggio Strays (1997); i film hanno spinto Steven Spielberg a scegliere Diesel nel film epico di guerra Salvate il soldato Ryan (1998). Diesel successivamente ha doppiato il personaggio titolare in The Iron Giant (1999) e poi si è guadagnato la reputazione di star d'azione dopo aver diretto i franchise di Fast & Furious, XXX e The Chronicles of Riddick. È previsto che appaia nei prossimi film Avatar. Diesel dà la voce a Groot e Groot II nel Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU); ha interpretato i personaggi in sei film di supereroi, a cominciare da Guardiani della Galassia (2014).
