Isaiah Washington IV (nato il 3 agosto 1963) è un attore e personalità di internet americano. Dopo una serie di apparizioni cinematografiche, è diventato noto interpretando il dottor Preston Burke nelle prime tre stagioni della serie Grey's Anatomy dal 2005 al 2007. Washington ha iniziato la sua carriera collaborando con il regista Spike Lee nei film Crooklyn (1994), Clockers (1995), Girl 6 (1996) e Get on the Bus (1996). È apparso anche nei film Love Jones (1997), Bulworth (1998), True Crime (1999), Romeo Must Die (2000), Exit Wounds (2001), Ghost Ship (2002) e Hollywood Homicide (2003). Nel 2005, Washington ottenne il ruolo di svolta di Preston Burke in Grey's Anatomy.
