Olivia Hussey (nata Olivia Osuna il 17 aprile 1951 a Buenos Aires, Argentina) è stata un'attrice britannica naturalizzata argentina, conosciuta soprattutto per la sua interpretazione di Giulietta nel film Romeo e Giulietta (1968) diretto da Franco Zeffirelli, ruolo che le fece ottenere un Golden Globe come miglior attrice esordiente. Cresciuta a Londra, iniziò la sua carriera nel teatro prima di raggiungere la fama internazionale a soli 15 anni quando Zeffirelli la scelse per il ruolo della giovane protagonista nella celebre trasposizione della tragedia di William Shakespeare. La sua interpretazione divenne una delle versioni cinematografiche più apprezzate del personaggio di Giulietta e le diede grande notorietà mondiale. Nel corso della sua carriera lavorò nuovamente con Zeffirelli interpretando la Vergine Maria nella miniserie televisiva Gesù di Nazareth (1977). Recitò inoltre in film come Assassinio sul Nilo (1978), Black Christmas - Un Natale rosso sangue (1974), Orizzonte perduto (1973) e Psycho IV: L'inizio (1990), spaziando tra cinema, televisione e teatro. Negli anni successivi continuò a partecipare a diverse produzioni cinematografiche e televisive, mantenendo il ricordo di una delle attrici simbolo del cinema degli anni sessanta e settanta. Olivia Hussey è morta il 27 dicembre 2024 all'età di 73 anni.
