Martin Henderson (Auckland, 8 ottobre 1974) è un attore neozelandese. Ha costruito una carriera tra cinema e televisione, distinguendosi per ruoli in produzioni internazionali che spaziano dal dramma al thriller, dall'horror al romance. Dopo gli esordi nella televisione neozelandese, ha ottenuto visibilità con Windtalkers (2002), per poi recitare in The Ring (2002), Torque - Circuiti di fuoco (2004), Bride & Prejudice (2004), Little Fish (2005), Smokin' Aces (2006), Everest (2015), The Strangers: Prey at Night (2018) e X (2022). In televisione è noto per i ruoli del dottor Nathan Riggs in Grey's Anatomy (2015-2017) e di Jack Sheridan nella serie Virgin River (dal 2019), che gli ha fatto conquistare un vasto pubblico internazionale. Grazie alla sua carriera tra cinema e televisione, è diventato uno degli attori neozelandesi più riconoscibili della sua generazione.
