Tom Hulce (nato il 6 dicembre 1953) è un attore e produttore teatrale statunitense, conosciuto soprattutto per la sua straordinaria interpretazione di Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart nel film Amadeus (1984) diretto da Miloš Forman, ruolo che gli ha valso una candidatura all'Oscar come miglior attore protagonista e grande riconoscimento internazionale. Ha iniziato la sua carriera principalmente a teatro, ottenendo successo a Broadway, prima di affermarsi anche al cinema con film come Animal House (1978), Parenthood (1989) e Dominick and Eugene (1988). Ha inoltre prestato la voce a Quasimodo nel film d'animazione Disney Il gobbo di Notre Dame (1996). Dalla metà degli anni Novanta ha ridotto la sua attività come attore per dedicarsi soprattutto alla produzione e al teatro, ottenendo ulteriori riconoscimenti per il suo lavoro dietro le quinte, tra cui un Tony Award come produttore del musical Spring Awakening.
