Pierce Brendan Brosnan, OBE (16 maggio 1953) è un attore, produttore cinematografico e ambientalista irlandese che detiene la cittadinanza irlandese e americana. Dopo aver lasciato la scuola a 16 anni, Brosnan iniziò a studiare illustrazione commerciale, ma si formò al Drama Centre di Londra per tre anni. Dopo una carriera di attore teatrale, è diventato popolare nella serie televisiva Remington Steele (1982-1987). Dopo Remington Steele, Brosnan ha preso il comando in molti film come Dante's Peak e The Thomas Crown Affair. Nel 1995, è diventato il quinto attore a interpretare l'agente segreto James Bond nella serie di film ufficiali, recitando in quattro film tra il 1995 e il 2002. Ha anche fornito la sua voce e somiglianza a Bond nel videogioco del 2004 James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing .
