Thomas Jacob Black (nato il 28 agosto 1969) è un attore, comico e musicista americano. È noto per i suoi ruoli in film familiari e comici e per il suo doppiaggio in film d'animazione. I suoi premi includono un Emmy Award per bambini e per famiglie, un Grammy Award e tre nomination ai Golden Globe. Dopo aver interpretato ruoli di supporto in film come Dead Man Walking (1995), The Cable Guy (1996), Mars Attacks! (1996) e Enemy of the State (1998), Black ebbe il suo ruolo di successo nel film musicale High Fidelity (2000).
