Flashbacks of a Fool (2008)
Joe Scott (Daniel Craig) is een uitgebluste Hollywoodster die met een kater wakker wordt in zijn luxe huis aan zee. Zijn huishoudster lijkt de enige persoon die nog een beetje naar hem omkijkt. Dan belt zijn moeder met de boodschap dat 'Boots', zijn jeugdvriend, plotseling is overleden. Tijdens een lunch met zijn agent een regisseur loopt het uit de hand en loopt hij een grote filmrol mis. Hij loopt met een fles drank het strand op, en vervolgens de zee in. Dan begint een lange flashback naar zijn jeugd in Engeland.
