Virginia City (1940)
Kapitein Kerry Bradford, een officier van de Noordelijken, weet te ontsnappen uit de gevangenis van de Zuidelijken en vlucht richting Virginia City in Nevada. Daar ontdekt Bradford, dat kapitein Vance Irby, de voormalige baas van zijn gevangenis, van plan is om 5 miljoen dollar aan goudstaven te betalen om de Zuidelijke Staten te kunnen redden.
