Beyond a Reasonable Doubt (1956)
Een schrijver neemt de schuld op zich van een moord om de fouten van de gangbare bewijslast aan te tonen. Zijn vriend houdt het bewijs achter zodat hij op het laatste moment zijn onschuld kan bewijzen. Tijdens de rechtszaak sterft zijn vriend echter bij een auto-ongeluk.
