High Spirits (1988)
Het tot hotel omgedoopte Ierse kasteel van Peter Plunkett is in financiële problemen geraakt. Om meer Amerikaanse toeristen te trekken, besluit Peter de medewerkers van het hotel voor spook te laten spelen. De moeilijkheden beginnen wanneer een bus met toeristen arriveert, samen met enkele echte spoken. Onder de toeristen is het echtpaar Jack en Sharon. De vader van Sharon bezit de hypotheek op het kasteel, en daarom wil zij de spoken niet erkennen. Jack heeft echter de aantrekkelijke geest Mary ontmoet, en wil maar al te graag geloven in spoken.
