Body Snatchers (1993)
Met zijn jonge gezin komt Steve Malone aan op de Amerikaanse legerbasis Fort Daly. Als milieuactivist moet hij de toxische opslagplaats onderzoeken. Hij gaat zo in zijn werk op dat hij niets merkt van de drukkende atmosfeer en de bizarre voorvallen op de basis. De soldaten klagen er over dat ze worden beroofd van hun identiteit. Andy is er getuige van hoe zijn moeder het eerst 'afbrokkeld' en daarna kerngezond uit de kleerkast stapt. Wanneer Steve in zijn slaap wordt uitgezogen door ijzingwekkende vleestentakels onder toezien van zijn echtgenote, wordt stilaan duidelijk dat de Body Snatchers weer in het land zijn.
