The Hound of the Baskervilles (1978)
Regisseur Paul Morrissey past een flinke dosis humor toe op het klassieke detectiveverhaal van Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in deze interpretatie van The Hound of the Baskervilles. Komiek Peter Cook kruipt in de huid van de briljante detective Sherlock Holmes, die hier niet zo begaafd is, omdat hij een groot deel van het onderzoek naar demonische honden delegeert aan zijn stuntelige hulpje Watson (Dudley Moore), terwijl hij tijd doorbrengt met zijn moeder en op zoek gaat naar een assistent.
