Een portret van de New Yorkse kunstenaar Keith Haring. De film kijkt naar Haring als een artistiek rolmodel voor zijn bovennatuurlijke talent, natuurlijk, maar ook voor zijn aanstekelijke levenslust die hem net zo toegewijd maakte aan sociaal activisme en het lesgeven aan kinderen als aan zijn nieuwste schilderij.
