The House Without a Christmas Tree (1972)
De 10-jarige Addie verloor haar moeder op zeer jonge leeftijd, ze mist haar moeder erg, maar is een gelukkig meisje. Addie wil niets liever dan een kerstboom in de woonkamer, maar haar vader weigert er een te zetten. Hij geeft er geen reden voor, en hierdoor komt Addie aan het twijfelen of haar vader wel echt van haar houdt.
