Killer Joe (2012)
De 22-jarige drugsdealer Chris (Emile Hirsch) schakelt huurmoordenaar Joe Cooper (Ma hew McConaughey) in om zijn moeder uit de weg te ruimen. Met de uitkering van haar levensverzekering kan Chris zijn schulden afbetalen. De slechtgemanierde huurmoordenaar wil de klus wel klaren, op voorwaarde dat Chris' zusje Dottie (Juno Temple) als seksueel onderpand dient totdat hij betaald krijgt. Met tegenzin besluit Chris zijn schuld boven het welzijn van zijn zus te stellen en stemt in met het aanbod. Maar wat als hij het geld nooit bij elkaar krijgt
