Een gestoorde biochemicus ontwikkelt een nieuwe verslavende drug die mensen doet muteren in verschikkelijke misvormde wezens. Nicole, een prostituee, krijgt van één van de wezens de drug en probeert hem uit. Nicole verandert echter niet in een misvormd wezen, maar haar geest wordt wel aangetast. De dokter huurt ene Bain in om Nicole terug te transformeren. Deze Bain was echter ooit verliefd op Nicole, wat de zaken er niet makkelijker op maakt.
