Lily Gladstone (geboren 2 augustus 1986) is een actrice van Indiaanse en Europees-Amerikaanse afkomst. Gladstone groeide op in het Blackfeet-reservaat en heeft Piegan Blackfeet, Nez Perce, Indiaanse en Europees-Amerikaanse (Nederlandse en Cajun) voorouders. Ze oogstte veel lof voor haar vertolking van Mollie Kyle, een Osage-vrouw die de Osage-indianenmoorden overleefde, in Martin Scorsese's misdaadfilm Killers of the Flower Moon (2023), waarvoor ze diverse prijzen ontving. Ze is de eerste Indiaanse die de Golden Globe Award voor Beste Actrice in een Dramafilm won en genomineerd werd voor de Academy Award voor Beste Actrice. Gladstone maakte haar speelfilmdebuut in Jimmy P: Psychotherapy of a Plains Indian (2012) en werkte samen met filmmaker Kelly Reichardt aan de onafhankelijke films Certain Women (2016) en First Cow (2019). Ze verscheen ook in afleveringen van HBO's Room 104 (2017–2020), Showtime's Billions (2016–2023) en FX's Reservation Dogs (2021–2023).
