David Rasche (geboren 7 augustus 1944) is een Amerikaanse theater-, film- en televisieacteur die vooral bekend is van zijn vertolking van de titelrol in de satirische politieserie Sledge Hammer! uit de jaren 80. Sindsdien heeft hij vaak personages in gezagsposities gespeeld, zowel in serieuze als komische rollen. Op televisie is hij bekend van zijn hoofdrol als Karl Muller in de HBO-dramaserie Succession, evenals terugkerende en gastrollen in L.A. Law, Monk, The West Wing, Veep en Ugly Betty.
