Van Wikipedia, de vrije encyclopedie Marjorie Reynolds (geboren Goodspeed; 12 augustus 1917 – 1 februari 1997) was een Amerikaanse film- en televisieactrice en danseres, die in meer dan vijftig films speelde. Reynolds' bekendste film was wellicht Holiday Inn (1942), waarin het klassieke nummer "White Christmas" te horen was. Ze zong het nummer zowel in een duet met Bing Crosby als later solo, hoewel haar zang werd ingesproken door Martha Mears. De film toonde ook haar danstalent. Ze had ook belangrijke rollen in Fritz Langs Ministry of Fear (1944) en in de film Up in Mabel's Room (1944). Reynolds speelde samen met Abbott en Costello in de bovennatuurlijke komedie The Time of Their Lives (1946). In de film brengt Costello het grootste deel van zijn schermtijd met Reynolds door. Later verscheen ze in de NBC-versie van de televisieserie The Life of Riley (1953-1958). Reynolds heeft een ster op de Hollywood Walk of Fame in het gedeelte 'Televisie' op 1525 Vine Street.
