Девушки Харви (1946)
Сьюзен Брэдли - молодая девушка из штата Огайо. Она отправляется в Аризону выйти замуж по переписке, по дороге Сьюзен знакомится с веселыми и жизнерадостными подругами, работающими в недавно построенной закусочной под названием «Харви». Прибыв в городок Брэдли выясняет, что ее обманули. Вместо умного и романтичного героя «по переписке», ее встречает грубый и «немытый» ковбой, а письма ей писал, заключив пари, владелец салуна. Сьюзен некуда податься и она с радостью присоединяется к компании девушек и остается в городке. Местечко, где установлена новая закусочная, славится своим неприятием и отрицанием всего новаторского. Однако девушки решили перевоспитать городок...
