Kaum haben sich die Newtons mit ihrem Bernhardiner Beethoven und seinen Tölpeleien halbwegs arrangiert, da steht auch schon das nächste Chaos ins Haus. Denn zum Entsetzten des Familienoberhaupts George verliebt sich das Riesenvieh mit dem klangvollen Komponistennamen in die grazile Hundedame Missy. Das allein wäre noch kein Problem, doch leider bringt diese gleich vier kleine Racker mit in die Ehe ein, und plötzlich sind die Vierbeiner in der Überzahl...
