Wichita (1955)
Als der ehemalige Jäger Wyatt Earp im Städtchen Wichita ankommt, wo die Schießeisen den Tagesablauf bestimmen, machen ihm seine Erfahrungen als Waffennarr zu einem perfekten Kandidaten als Marshal. Er ist an diesem Job jedoch nicht interessiert, bis er sich schließlich doch aus moralischen Gründen dazu verpflichtet fühlt, Gesetzt und Ordnung hierher zurückzubringen.
