A Single Shot (2013)
In dem Thriller A Single Shot kommt ein junges Mädchen auf tragische Weise ums Leben. Sam Rockwell spielt den Jäger John Moon. Er ist ein einfacher Mann, dessen Leben durch einen tragischen Unfall aus den Fugen gerät. Während er außerhalb der Jagdzeit ein Reh erlegen will, trifft seine abgelenkte Kugel versehentlich ein Mädchen, das an seinen Verletzungen stirbt. Als John die Leiche in einer Höhle verstecken will, stößt er auf eine große Summe Geld. Ein Katz-und-Maus-Spiel zwischen ihm und den Kriminellen, die ihr Geld vermissen, beginnt. Der Jäger wird zum Gejagten… Wird er sich und seine Familie in Sicherheit bringen können?
