Eine ganz normale Familie (1980)
Familie Jarret lebt in einer heilen Welt – gesichertes Einkommen, Häuschen im Grünen und zwei Söhne. Ihre perfekte Idylle wird zerstört, als der älteste Sohn Buck bei einer Segelpartie mit seinem Bruder Conrad ertrinkt. Conrad fühlt sich für Bucks Tod verantwortlich, begeht einen Selbstmordversuch und wird in eine Nervenklinik eingeliefert. Weder Vater noch Mutter sind in der Lage, ihm Halt zu geben. Erst bei dem Psychiater Dr. Berger findet Conrad das gesuchte Verständnis.
