Zwei Brüder (2004)
Jean-Jacques Annaud hat mit "Zwei Brüder" einen bildgewaltigen Film geschaffen, der zwar nur eine einfache Geschichte erzählt, aber eine wichtige Botschaft transportiert. Wie schon bei "Der Bär" konzentriert er sich auf seine tierischen Hauptdarsteller, lässt jedoch die menschliche Komponente nicht außer Acht und findet ein Ende, das allem Zweifel zum Trotz eines voller Hoffnung ist. "Zwei Brüder" ist ein Film für Jung und Alt, der zum Staunen und Mitbangen einlädt und darüber hinaus versucht, beim Zuschauer ein Bewusstsein für die ihn umgebende Natur zu schaffen. Fazit: Ein schöner, ein wichtiger Film.
