Die letzte Festung (2001)
Nach einer Befehlsverweigerung, in deren Folge acht seiner Männer zu Tode kamen, wird General Irwin auf lange Zeit in einem Militärgefängnis inhaftiert. Steht er anfangs noch in der Gunst von Gefängnisleiter Colonel Winter, macht er sich diesen schließlich zum Feind, als er dessen menschenverachtende und degradierende Methoden anklagt. Um gegen den Despoten bestehen zu können, versammelt Irwin Mithäftlinge um sich, die in ihm immer noch den respektierten General sehen. Es beginnt ein dramatischer Kampf um Menschlichkeit und Ehre...
