Johnny Handsome - Der schöne Johnny (1989)
Johnnys Gesicht ist total entstellt. Bei einem von ihm geplanten Raubüberfall wird sein einziger Freund von einem Komplizen kaltblütig erschossen. Im Gefängnis nimmt sich ein Arzt Johnny an und verschafft ihm durch eine Gesichtsoperation eine neue Identität. Sein Gesicht ist zwar neu, seine Vergangenheit bleibt aber die gleiche. Als Johnny entlassen wird, hat er die schrecklichen Ereignisse von damals immer noch nicht vergessen. Er sinnt auf Rache.
