The Final Cut - Tödliches Risiko (1995)
Die Megastadt Seattle befindet sich am Rande des Chaos. Ein heimtückischer Attentäter scheint systematisch die gesamte Innenstadt in die Luft jagen zu wollen. Eine Detonation folgt der anderen, die Zahl der Todesopfer steigt. Regierung und Polizei wissen keinen Rat mehr und wenden sich an Pierce, Bombenexperte im Ruhestand. Doch bald fällt der Verdacht auf ihn, denn wer sonst könnte solch geniale Zeitzünder ersinnen. Pierce kennt nur ein Ziel: Den verrückten Attentäter stellen und sich selbst von dem Verdacht reinwaschen. Ein Wettlauf mit der Zeit beginnt, bei dem nur eins entscheidet: The Final Cut.
