Die College-Professorin Wilma Tuttle hat in Notwehr einen ihrer Studenten getötet. Der junge Mann wollte sie vergewaltigen. In Panik beseitigt Wilma alle belastenden Spuren und auch die Leiche. Doch schon muß sie einsehen, daß sie zwar vor der Polizei, nicht aber vor sich selbst davonlaufen kann...
