Angelockt (1947)
Ein Mädchenmörder, der seine Taten in makaberen Gedichten ankündigt, hält die Londoner Polizei in Atem. Sieben Opfer sind bereits zu beklagen und das achte Gedicht trifft gerade per Post ein. Scotland Yard versucht dem Täter eine Falle zu stellen und setzt einen weiblichen Lockvogel ein. Doch die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem dichtenden Mörder erweist sich als äußerst schwierig.
