Careful What You Wish For (2015)
Jedes Jahr verbringt Doug die Sommerferien mit seinen Eltern in ihrem Haus am See. Diesmal verläuft der Urlaub jedoch anders als gewohnt. Als ein erfolgreicher Investmentbanker mit seiner attraktiven Frau in das Nachbarhaus zieht, ist der 18-jährige Doug beeindruckt. Sein Nachbar scheint alles zu besitzen, was man sich nur wünschen kann – ein tolles Haus am See, jede Menge Geld, eine Yacht und eine wunderschöne Ehefrau. Der junge Mann, der sich nichts sehnlicher wünscht, als einen Teil davon abzubekommen, stürzt sich in eine Affäre mit der verführerischen Lena, was ihn allerdings schon bald teuer zu stehen kommt. Plötzlich ist er in einen ausgewachsenen Skandal über einen seltsamen Todesfall und eine beträchtliche Lebensversicherungspolice verwickelt...
