Turbulence (1997)
Eine Boing 747 fliegt in 10.000 Meter Höhe geradewegs auf eine Gewitterfront zu. Die Maschine wird vom Autopilot gesteuert. Von der Besatzung ist nur noch die Stewardess Teri Halloran am Leben. Der sadistische Serienkiller Ryan Weaver hat seine Bewacher und beide Piloten ermordet, die Kontrolle übernommen und die restlichen Passagiere in den Frachtraum gesperrt. Weaver hat nichts mehr zu verlieren. Er beginnt einen sadistischen Psycho-Krieg mit Teri. Selbst wenn es ihr gelingen könnte, diesen amoklaufenden Psychopathen in Schach zu halten, bleibt immer noch ein Problem: die Landung!
