Sam ist eine der besten Leibwächterinnen der Welt und kommt vor allem in Kriegsgebieten zum Einsatz. Nun hat sie einen Job, der für die hochqualifizierte Personenschützerin zunächst so einfach wie Babysitting wirkt: Sie soll die reiche Zoe beschützen. Die verwöhnte 18-Jährige mit ihrem naiven Gemüt und Sam als abgebrühte Sicherheitsexpertin, die es regelmäßig mit Terroristen und Attentätern zu tun bekommt, könnten kaum unterschiedlicher sein. Dennoch müssen die beiden jetzt enger zusammenarbeiten, als ihnen lieb ist, denn Sam soll die Jugendliche nicht ohne Grund beschützen: Mysteriöse Attentäter haben es auf die Erbin abgesehen und schrecken nicht vor Gewalt zurück. Die Gefahr erweist sich sogar für die erfahrene Leibwächterin Sam als zu groß, um sie alleine abzuwehren. Zoe bleibt nun nichts anderes übrig, als gemeinsam mit dem Profi um ihr Leben zu kämpfen…
