Anschlag in Westpoint (1994)
Johnson Whitaker ist einer der ersten farbigen Kadetten, die an der Elite-Militärakademie West Point aufgenommen werden. Vielen seiner weißen Kollegen ist er ein Dorn im Auge. Ständig wird er drangsaliert, wobei die Attacken soweit gehen, dass er von seinen Kameraden gefesselt und brutal verprügelt wird. Doch es sind nicht diese Kadetten, die vor ein Militärgericht gestellt werden. Es ist Johnson Whitaker, dem man vorwirft, diesen Angriff auf sich selbst inszeniert zu haben, um einem Philosophie-Examen zu entgehen. Verteidigt wird Whitaker von einem Rassisten und einem jungen Anwalt, der gerade seinen Abschluss gemacht hat. Aber wie verteidigt man einen Mann, den das US-Militär unbedingt los werden will?
