Prostitution und brutale Gewalt prägen das Straßenbild von Los Angeles. Kaum hatte die Photographin Angel die Gelegenheit nach langer Trennung ihre Mutter wiederzusehen, wird diese von Unbekannten grausam ermordet. In letzter Minute jedoch verrät sie Angel von der Existenz einer zweiten Tochter! Und diese ist spurlos verschwunden. Alle Hinweise deuten nur auf eines: Menschenhandel! Zusammen mit einem Freund gelingt es Angel den Sklavenring aufzudecken und deren weiße Anführerin zu stellen. In einem abgelegenen Warenhaus kommt es zum entscheidenden Kampf...!
