Dreimal Liebe täglich (1960)
London, St. Swithins Hospital, 1960 - als der ruppige Chef Chirurg Sir Lancelot Spratt seiner Crew kurz vor einer OP seinen in Kürze geplanten Ruhestand ankündigt, erntet er nicht gerade Bedauern. Insbesondere die beiden Assistenzärzte, Richard Hare und der Frauenheld Tony Burke sind froh, den Tyrannen los zu sein. Um die Zeit bis zu ihrer Anstellung in einer Landpraxis kostengünstig zu überbrücken, melden sich die beiden Jungärzte als Testpersonen in einem Grippeforschungsinstitut. Lange soll der Aufenthalt jedoch nicht dauern - dafür sorgt schon Tony's nicht zu bändigender Eroberungstrieb! Auch Richard ist kein Kind von Traurigkeit. Wobei er es jedoch ernster meint - besonders bei der attraktiven Nicola Barrington, die als Ersatzärztin in der Praxis aushilft. Die größte Herausforderung entsteht den beiden jedoch, als Sie ausgerechnet ihren ehemaligen Chef, Sir Lancelot Spratt, operieren müssen - wovon dieser auch nicht gerade erbaut ist.
