Donald Churchill (6. November 1930 – 29. Oktober 1991) war ein englischer Schauspieler und Dramatiker. Er wirkte über 35 Jahre hinweg in zahlreichen Film- und Fernsehproduktionen mit und schrieb mehrere Drehbücher für das Fernsehen. Zu seinen Filmen zählen „Barnacle Bill“ (1957), „The Captain’s Table“ (1959), „Victim“ (1961), „The Wild Affair“ (1964), „Zeppelin“ (1971), „The First Great Train Robbery“ (1978), „Charlie Muffin“ (1979) und „Der Hund von Baskerville“ (1983), in dem er die Rolle des Dr. Watson spielte. Im Fernsehen spielte er die Hauptrolle in „Bulldog Breed“ (1962), „Spooner's Patch“ (1980–1982), verkörperte den Spielshow-Moderator Ronnie Kemp in „Goodnight and God Bless“ (an dem Churchill ebenfalls als Co-Autor mitwirkte, 1983), spielte Mr. Scott Eccles in einer Adaption von „The Adventure of Wisteria Lodge“ für „The Return of Sherlock Holmes“ (1988) und war in „Stanley and the Women“ (1991) und „C.A.T.S. Eyes“ zu sehen. Zu seinen Theaterstücken zählen „Mixed Feelings“, „The Decorator“ und „Moments of Weakness“.
