Savages (2012)
Der Berkeley-Absolvent Ben und der ehemalige Navy-Seal Chon wurden gewarnt: Die beiden harmlosen Haschdealer aus Laguna Beach, die sich nicht nur ihren Job, sondern auch ihre Hippie-Freundin O teilen, waren der mexikanischen Mafia und ihrem Boss Lado schon lange ein Dorn im Auge. Als die beiden sich weigern zu kooperieren, entführt das Kartell O und fordert, dass die beiden Dealer ihre gesanten Drogen-Einnahmen der letzen fünf Jahre als Lösegeld bezahlen. Ben und Chon bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als zuzustimmen. Ben entwickelt jedoch einen Plan, der ihnen nicht nur ihre Freundin zurückbringen soll, sondern auch das Geld rettet.
