Manhattan, Lower East Side. Wir schreiben das Jahr 1985. In den baufälligen Slums des Viertels bekriegen sich die lateinamerikanischen Drogengangs „Maceteros“ und die „Master Dancers“ bis aufs Blut. „Maceteros“-Mutti Rita La Punta und ihr tumber Sohn Thiago reizen dabei nicht nur ihren Hauptkonkurrenten Juan the Bullet, sondern auch den deutschen Dealer und die Hinterhof-Mafia. Als die hübsche Carol sich dann noch an den nicht minder attraktiven Thiago ranmacht, endet die Geschichte tragisch...
