Slingshot (2024)
John hat unermüdlich für eine bahnbrechende Mission zum Saturnmond Titan trainiert, die als letzte Hoffnung der Menschheit gilt, die drohende Energiekrise abzuwenden. Um ihre Reise erfolgreich zu meistern, müssen John und Nash unter dem Kommando von Captain Franks ein riskantes Swing-by-Manöver durchführen: einen "Slingshot" um den Jupiter, um durch dessen Schwerkraft den entscheidenden Geschwindigkeitsschub zu erhalten. Doch als eine unerwartete Fehlfunktion des Raumschiffs Zweifel an der Sicherheit des Manövers aufkommen lässt und John von intensiven Halluzinationen heimgesucht wird, beginnen die Spannungen an Bord zu eskalieren …
