Mitchell Lewis (26. Juni 1880 – 24. August 1956) war ein US-amerikanischer Filmschauspieler, dessen Karriere als Vertragsschauspieler von Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer sowohl Stumm- als auch Tonfilme umfasste. Zwischen 1914 und 1956 wirkte er in über 175 Filmen mit. In der Stummfilmzeit spielte er Nebenrollen, wie beispielsweise Scheich Idrim in „Ben Hur“ (1925), und in der Tonfilmzeit Ernest De Farge in „Eine Geschichte aus zwei Städten“ (1935). Danach beschränkte sich seine Karriere auf kleinere, nicht im Abspann erwähnte Rollen, wie etwa die des Hauptmanns der Winkie-Wachen in „Der Zauberer von Oz“ (1939). Mitchell war Gründungsmitglied des Motion Picture Relief Fund, der heute als Motion Picture & Television Fund bekannt ist.
