Ray McKinnon (* 15. November 1957) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Drehbuchautor, Filmregisseur und -produzent. Von 1998 bis zu ihrem Tod am 25. Oktober 2010 war er mit der Schauspielerin und Produzentin Lisa Blount verheiratet. Er absolvierte ein Theaterstudium an der Valdosta State University. Gemeinsam mit seiner Frau gewann McKinnon 2001 den Oscar in der Kategorie „Bester Kurzfilm“ für den Film „The Accountant“. Produziert wurde der Film von Ginny Mule Pictures, einer Produktionsfirma, die er gemeinsam mit Lisa Blount und Walton Goggins gegründet hatte. Ray lebt derzeit in Little Rock, Arkansas, der Heimatstadt seiner verstorbenen Frau.
