Chester Cooper Conklin (11. Januar 1886 – 11. Oktober 1971) war ein früher amerikanischer Filmkomiker, der seine Karriere bei den Keystone Studios als Mitglied von Mack Sennetts Keystone Cops begann und oft an der Seite von Mack Swain auftrat. Er spielte in einer Reihe von Filmen mit Mabel Normand und arbeitete eng mit Charlie Chaplin zusammen, sowohl im Stumm- als auch im Tonfilm.
