Frank Wilton Marshall (* 13. September 1946) ist ein US-amerikanischer Filmproduzent und -regisseur. Er arbeitet häufig mit seiner Frau, der Filmproduzentin Kathleen Kennedy, zusammen. Gemeinsam mit ihr gründete er zusammen mit Steven Spielberg die Produktionsfirma Amblin Entertainment. 1991 gründete er mit Kennedy die Filmproduktionsfirma Kennedy/Marshall Company. Seit Mai 2012, als Kennedy die Position der Präsidentin von Lucasfilm übernahm, ist Marshall alleiniger Inhaber von Kennedy/Marshall. Marshall hat mit Regisseuren wie Steven Spielberg, Paul Greengrass, Peter Bogdanovich, David Fincher, M. Night Shyamalan und Robert Zemeckis zusammengearbeitet. Er führte außerdem Regie bei den Filmen „Arachnophobia“ (1990), „Alive“ (1993), „Congo“ (1995) und „Eight Below“ (2006) sowie bei den Dokumentarfilmen „The Bee Gees: How Can You Mend a Broken Heart“ (2020), „Jazz Fest: A New Orleans Story“ (2022) und „The Beach Boys“ (2024). Marshall produzierte diverse erfolgreiche Filmreihen, darunter „Indiana Jones“, „Zurück in die Zukunft“, „Bourne“ und „Jurassic Park“, und wurde fünfmal für den Oscar in der Kategorie „Bester Film“ nominiert. Zu seinen weiteren Auszeichnungen zählen der Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award, der von der Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences an „kreative Produzenten verliehen wird, deren Werk eine durchweg hohe Qualität der Filmproduktion widerspiegelt“, der David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures, ein Grammy Award, ein Sports Emmy Award und ein Tony Award.
