Walter Clarence „Buck“ Taylor III. (* 13. Mai 1938) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler und Aquarellmaler, der vor allem für seine Rolle als Büchsenmacher und späterer Hilfssheriff Newly O’Brien in 113 Episoden der letzten acht Staffeln der CBS-Fernsehserie „Gunsmoke“ (1967–1975) bekannt ist. In den letzten Jahren malte er ein Porträt seines Freundes und „Gunsmoke“-Kollegen James Arness. Taylors Spezialgebiet ist die Darstellung des amerikanischen Westens, und jedes Jahr gestaltet er die Plakate für mehrere Rodeos in Texas. Taylor lebt mit seiner zweiten Ehefrau auf einer Ranch in der Nähe von Fort Worth, Texas.
