Nancy Lenehan (* 26. April 1953 in Long Island, New York) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, die seit den 1980er-Jahren in Film und Fernsehen mitwirkt. Zuletzt spielte sie eine Hauptrolle in der kurzlebigen Sitcom „Worst Week“. Außerdem verkörperte sie Sandy Kelly, die Matriarchin der Familie, in der Sitcom „Married to the Kellys“. In „My Name Is Earl“ hatte sie eine wiederkehrende Rolle als Kay Hickey, die Mutter von Earl und Randy.
