John Joseph Travolta (nacido el 18 de febrero de 1954) es un actor, productor de cine, bailarín y cantante estadounidense. Se dio a conocer por primera vez en la década de 1970, después de aparecer en la serie de televisión Welcome Back, Kotter y protagonizar los éxitos de taquilla Saturday Night Fever y Grease. La carrera de Travolta resurgió en la década de 1990, con su papel en Pulp Fiction, y desde entonces ha seguido protagonizando películas de Hollywood, incluidas Face/Off, Ladder 49 y Wild Hogs. Travolta ha sido nominado dos veces al Premio de la Academia al Mejor Actor. El primero, por su papel en Saturday Night Fever y el segundo por Pulp Fiction.
